This guide shows you how to embed our simple integration within your website.

Getting Started

You need to have opened an account with PayItMonthly. Once you have opened your account, you can create a Simple Integration API key here. If you have any problems creating your API key, you can email us at support@payitmonthly.uk.

Updating an Existing Integration

If your form uses the old integration URL, you only need to make these two changes:

  • Change action="https://payitmonthly.uk/simple-integration/" to action="https://app.payitmonthly.uk/simple-integration".
  • Change method="post" to method="get".

Keep your existing API key and all other form values unchanged.

HTML Form Based Application

Replace the example identification_key below with your own Simple Integration API key, and update the goods description, price and deposit to match the purchase.

Prices and deposits must be supplied in pence. In this example, the goods cost £600 and the deposit is £60.

Use test_or_live="test" while testing. When you are ready to accept live applications, change the value to live.

Please note that if the address or contact details are not valid, we will not pre-populate the form with that information. The customer will need to enter those details into our form.

Notifications
